“Social work burnout in Australia is a term used for someone nearing the end of their career due to being overworked/stressed within the social work industry…”
"I live in Australia and have been a social worker for 4 years. Lately I have been experiencing symptoms of "Social Work Burnout."
Social work burnout in Australia is a term used for someone nearing the end of their career due to being overworked/stressed within the social work industry. If you have ever worked as a social worker, you will know how wonderful and rewarding it can be, but you will also know what i’m talking about.
Anyway, ever since I started taking HCF Happy, Calm, and Focused, I have re-entered the workforce with a new, calm and refreshed attitude.* Handling on-the-job issues (and there are plenty of those in Social Work) has proven to be far easier as I am able to keep a more level head, better assess and decide upon a more effective approach to resolve each situation.*
I also feel I have a better grasp on separating my work life from my personal life, as I return home with a clearer mind set.* Even my girlfriend has commented on my more relaxed attitude, stating "You just seem more at ease and confident.*"
HCF Happy, Calm, and Focused has saved my career (and quite possibly my love life)!†*”
